The multinational company Clariant becomes a partner of Carbogas Energia, in a process to eliminate its incinerator and replace it with a thermochemical plant. The objective of this project is to promote the final destination of Clariant's and other neighboring companies waste, while the energy will be used to generate steam, which is consumed by the industry for its internal processes. In the same period, several companies also started studies with Carbogas on the energy potential of their waste through a thermochemical conversion.
